Our workshops are a unique blend of natural techniques to release stress and renew energy. 

*Most workshops are limited to 6 people enabling each participant to fully understand and enjoy the experience.

 REJUVENATION WORKSHOP 

 THIS WORKSHOP INCORPORATES ANCIENT YOGA PRACTICE, THAI MASSAGE, ACUPRESSURE, QUANTUM TOUCH, NUTRITION AS WELL AS VARIOUS ENERGETIC PRACTICES. REVERSE THE SIGNS OF AGING  AND PREPARE YOUR BODY FOR THE CHANGING WEATHER, CLEANSE THROUGH ASANA PRACTICE, AND RELEASE STRESS. ENJOY DEEPENING YOUR PRACTICE OR BEGIN A WONDERFUL YOGA PRACTICE.  FEED YOUR BODY AS WELL AS YOUR SOUL.

2 HOUR CHAKRA BALANCING

Chakra balancing through yoga asana practice is a beautiful way for you to strengthen and restore vital energy to your central channel.  Health and energy building, this series of asanas combined with sound and color identification is unique and soothing.

 OR TRANCE DANCE AS TAUGHT IN THE TRADITION OF SHIVA REA

Are you interested in adding a new dimension in your yoga practice?  Tandava is a joyful dance-like movement designed to bring your body to a healthy, happy union with your spirit.  It is a wonderful way to stay or get in shape, and the beautiful after effects are long-lasting.
