The Joy is in the Journey!

Sally's journey with her yoga practice has been an amazing one.

As a teenager, Sally survived an incredible car accident.  Having been struck on the head with a 13 lb. piece of girder steel angle iron catapulted from the highway, Sally spent over 3 months hospitalized. Head, neck and back injuries were extensive. Also, Sally suffered a fractured skull and severe lacerations on her face.

Once home, Sally turned to her yoga practice. She found not only strength and a means of pain relief and healing for her spinal injuries, but also a focus on a faith in "these beautiful bodies we've been given" to heal and recover.

Sally's love for her practice evolved from this, and her ability to pass on her enthusiasm and desire to assist others in their own journeys is apparent.  The miracle IS living, and the Joy is in the journey.

We cannot control that which enters our lives, only the way in which we integrate it.
